Hazel plays a pivotal role in the provision of appropriate structures, systems and resources at Ozara Property Group in order to obtain organisational objectives while optimising returns for investors. In the career span of over 15 years,
Hazel has demonstrated unparalleled skill in coordinating cross-functional teams and securing essential government and private stakeholders support to bring visionary real estate development to fruition.
Under Hazel’s leadership, Ozara Property Group, headquartered in Los Angeles, California; with its current footprint in the United States and Africa region, is providing exceptional results for its partners and investors, and is on a mission is to be a leading choice in providing strategic investment opportunities for capital partners.
With her background as a Professional Quantity Surveyor who holds a Bachelor of Science and Honours in Quantity Surveying (Cum Laude) from the University of the Free State (2008), Hazel has spearheaded initiatives to develop major real estate projects from inception to completion, while ensuring financial viability and efficient real estate development.
Hazel is affiliated to the South African Council for the Quantity Surveying Profession (SACQSP) as a Professional Member; and the Association of South African Quantity Surveyors (ASAQS) as a Professional Member.

Shuaib Suleman is a visionary leader with a unique blend of expertise in real estate, urban development, and financial structuring. He is the Chief Finacial Officer of Ozara Property Group. His distinguished career, spanning over 20 years, has seen him pioneer transformative projects across various sectors; he spearheaded the groundbreaking Lanseria Smart City project, South Africa’s first post-apartheid intelligent urban development.
Shuaib's extensive experience and visionary approach to financial structuring, urban development, and strategic management make him an invaluable asset both at Ozara Property Group and in the real estate sector. Under Shuaib's leadership, Ozara Property Group has been catering to student populations; unique needs while optimising returns for investors. His commitment to sustainability and operational excellence ensures the successful execution of complex projects, providing reassurance of his ability to achieve organisational goals. His leadership in large real estate developments underscores his versatility and dedication to enhancing the quality of life through thoughtful financial and operational planning.

Jindal Global Business School, India (2023), respectively; and a Bachelor of Accounting Sciences obtained from the University of South Africa (2004). Shuaib is affiliated to the South African Institute of Professional Accountants (SAIPA).
